IWT offers an economically viable and environmentally friendly option to recycle 100% of waste into useful products and energy, and has assembled a management team to meet the unique needs of the municipalities and industrial clients we serve.  IWT’s leadership consists of experienced executive, technical, financial, and operational specialists, including:

Brian Wilson, Chairman, has significant experience in developing major projects. He began his service with IWT more than 15 years ago as Vice President of Business Development.  His family co-founded IWT.

Francis Campbell, President, earned his engineering degree at New York University – School of Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. With more than 40 years experience in all aspects of the waste and power construction business, and has overseen projects in scale up to $4 billion, he is well prepared to serve the cities and clients who choose IWT and the Thermoselect technology.

By working side-by-side with outside technical, financial, and legal advisors, the IWT management team utilizes multiple resources to ensure that every project is designed, constructed, and operated to the highest possible standards, while meeting all contractual and regulatory requirements.
